Initial consultations for injury cases are FREE. Initial consultations for criminal cases are $75. Don't wait to contact us for a consultation. In addition to traditional "sit-down" consultations in our office, we are able to do telephone and virtual (video) consultations. If you can be flexible as to the timing of your consultation, we can almost always meet with you much more quickly than with a fixed schedule meeting. In some circumstances (injury cases) we will come to you.
Alabama State Bar Rules may require the following: These recoveries and testimonials are not an indication of future results. Every case is different, and regardless of what friends, family, or other individuals may say about what a case is worth, each case must be evaluated on its own facts and circumstances as they apply to the law. The valuation of a case depends on the facts, the injuries, the jurisdiction, the venue, the witnesses, the parties, and the testimony, among other factors. Furthermore, no representation is made that the quality of legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services to be performed by other lawyers.
